Timothy C. Davis

Tim is one of the founding partners of the law firm, Heninger Garrison Davis LLC, and it has been his honor to serve as the firm’s managing partner since its formation in 2006. Tim’s focus in the practice of law has been on complex civil litigation for the entirety of his 40-year career. During this time, it has been his privilege to provide counsel to, and advocacy for, individuals with catastrophic injuries, property owners and communities harmed by toxic waste, and business owners seeking to protect their contractual relationships and their intellectual property rights. Tim has represented individuals or businesses in courtrooms throughout the southeast, as well as in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Delaware, Texas, Minnesota, and California.

Tim is a 1981 graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Business Administration. He is a 1984 graduate of Cumberland School of Law, and he currently serves on the Samford University Board of Trustees. Tim has authored numerous articles and has been a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars.

He and his wife, Julia, enjoy family time with their two married children and six grandchildren.
