Gayle Douglas’ practice primarily focuses on representing clients on personal injury and death cases arising out of product’s liability, negligence or wantonness claims. These claims occur in a variety of different contexts including premises liability, automobile accidents, and medical malpractice. Another significant part of Ms. Douglas’ practice includes pharmaceutical mass tort cases and class action litigation. She represents numerous clients through her work on executive committees in various Multi-District Litigation matters. Gayle has also been named as a 2011 Rising Star by Alabama Super Lawyers.
