The Circuit Court of Cook County today indicated that the next trial will be in early 2015. It is a bellwether case selected by the Plaintiffs’ leadership group of which Lew Garrison is a member. The Plaintiffs are excited about the next trial pick and look forward to presenting their case.

Also argued today was the Plaintiffs’ motion concerning Non Responsive Family Members and various privilege issues. Taylor Bartlett argued for the Plaintiffs. He presented evidence of Takeda’s discovery abuses asking the Court for sanctions. A ruling on the issue is expected soon.
