Steve Heninger was a presenter at the Alabama Law Weekly Medical Malpractice CLE conference for Alabama attorneys held last week at Embassy Suites in Hoover, Alabama. Steve led the discussion on how to develop a theme in a medical malpractice case and use that to effectively prove your case. He also shared the importance of storytelling, tips for controlling the case and how to prevent death by jury instruction.
The course provided 6 hours of general CLE credit and 1 hour of Ethics for the attending attorneys.
