The Alabama Association for Justice (ALAJ) is holding its annual Midwinter Conference on February 2 – 4 at The Grand Bohemian hotel. The theme for this year’s conference is “Survivors and Revivers.” Among the guest speakers for the conference are Erik and Steve Heninger from Heninger Garrison Davis (HGD). Erik currently serves as ALAJ’s President-Elect and Program Chair and will be leading several of the discussions during the three-day conference. Steve Heninger will be presenting the following topic during Thursday’s event: Cause and Effect or Affect? The Trial Lawyer’s Burden of Persuasion.

HGD has 18 attorneys who are active members of ALAJ.
