Gayle Douglas spoke recently at the National Business Institute CLE Seminar in Birmingham, Alabama, “Auto Injury Litigation: The Ultimate Guide.” Gayle spoke about “Voir Dire and Jury Selection in Auto Injury Cases” during the 2nd day of the conference. She also led the CLE on “The Auto Injury Trial,” including how to illustrate the accident scene, how to effective incorporate medical evidence and testimony, key exhibits to use, and essential closing arguments to use in auto injury cases. Gayle is a partner with Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC, where she handles a broad range of litigation at the trial and appellate levels. She represents clients in personal injury and death cases arising out of product liability, negligence and wantonness claims. Her practice also includes complex commercial disputes and class action litigation. She has represented hundreds of clients through her work on executive committees in various Multi-District Litigation matters.
