“It was very important to our team that the event was family friendly and that all the vendors and talent were local to Birmingham,” said Tzena Gauldin, Firm Administrator at HGD. “The idea of the event was to create an opportunity for the entire community to come together to celebrate the 4th and all things Birmingham, while raising money to support our amazing Birmingham students.”
The inaugural Red, White and Brew! did just that, drawing a crowd of over 2000 people in attendance. The size of the crowd far exceeded anyone’s expectations for the evening, but also spoke to the commitment of the Birmingham community to support local events and school initiatives.
“One of the greatest freedoms we enjoy as Americans is the right to an education. At Heninger Garrison Davis, we firmly believe that a strong educational foundation is crucial to success. We are honored to host this event to support the Birmingham Education Foundation,” said Erik Heninger, partner at Heninger Garrison Davis, LLC. “The organization maintains a dedication to helping students foster individual skills for future accomplishments. The Foundation’s resources help ensure our local students achieve academic, professional, and personal successes that build confidence and create a better future for us all as a community.”
