Another win for HGD! Partner Lee Gresham, Jeanie Sleadd and Christopher Hood won a complicated banking case against the FDIC this week. The document intensive federal court case was heavily litigated for two years with charges of fraud, conspiracy, and breach of fiduciary duty. After four days of trial, HGD won a judgment against the FDIC on behalf of our client on all counts as a matter of law. Congratulations to all involved on this big and important decision.
