On Friday, June 7, 2013, the Alabama Supreme Court affirmed the class certification in favor of HGD’s client, Paperyard.  Our client has sued Tri State Knife Grinding Corporation alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227 (b)(1)(C).  Paperyard has moved to certify a class action pursuant to Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 23 (b)(3).

Congratulations on another victory, Gayle Douglas and Mark Ekonen, who represent Paperyard!
