HGD kicked off Giving Tuesday after Thanksgiving with the launch of a uniform drive for students in Birmingham City Schools. Uniforms and other clothing items were collected for three weeks and sent to students on Friday, December 15.
As a community partner with Birmingham Education Foundation, HGD works throughout the year to help support fundraising and volunteer efforts to support the important work that Ed is doing in the community dedicated to increasing the number of students in Birmingham City Schools that are on the path to college, career, and life readiness.
