Steve began his legal career as a trial lawyer, initially working for defense firms in Birmingham. In 1987, he began representing plaintiffs and within two years founded his own law firm with the goal of creating an enduring and widely respected legal practice, focused on professional excellence and client service. Thirty-one years and over 75 jury trials later, having represented thousands of individuals nationwide, he continues to hold fast to the belief that everyone is entitled to quality legal representation, notwithstanding the size and financial strength of the adversary. Steve’s firm, Jackson & Tucker, P.C., has attorneys licensed in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Texas, Pennsylvania, New York, and District of Columbia, and by becoming Of Counsel with Heninger Garrison Davis, Steve will be able to further expand the scope of his practice on a regional and national basis.
