HGD partners Gayle Douglas and Callen Sparrow secured a $400,000 plaintiff verdict in a tractor trailer negligence case last week in Greene County. The plaintiff in this case was run off the road and then struck by the tractor trailer, sustaining major non-life threatening injuries. While liability was heavily disputed by the defense, the jury returned the verdict in favor of the plaintiff in short order.
