O’Toole Jr. of the United States District Court of Massachusetts granted final approval of the DraftKings and FanDuel Class Action family member settlement. HGD partner Taylor C. Bartlett is appointed class counsel and today presented oral argument in Boston for final approval. This consolidated class action lawsuit sought to recover losses on behalf of family members of gamblers under various state anti-gambling laws.
