Erik Heninger, an American Association for Justice® College faculty member, will be teaching deposition skills during The Trial Advocacy College this week. Taking and defending depositions are among the most critical skills every trial lawyer needs. This program combines lectures, demonstrations, and small interactive workshops to offer a special opportunity to increase deposition skills, led by masters of the techniques. Over the course of three days, top trial lawyers cover a variety of deposition techniques and strategies. The Depo College is being held June 22 -24 at The Crowne Plaza in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
