Erik Heninger was the guest speaker for the Alabama Association of Paralegals (AAPi) luncheon held at Maynard Cooper and Gale on June 21. The topic was “The Ins and Outs of Civil Litigation involving Assault of Sexual Abuse.”
AAPi is the only paralegal organization in the state of Alabama and is affiliated with the national paralegal association, NALA- The Paralegal Association.
AAPi membership runs throughout the entire state, affording members to communicate in all of the counties to get local rules and information for state courts; interact with many court reporting agencies and other legal vendors, attend educational events, and learn new technology to stay relevant in their positions.
