Our HGD 3M earplug trial team at HGD, including Lew Garrison, Taylor Bartlett, Jeanie Sleadd, and Chris Hood, was instrumental in the preparation of the first-ever trial of three Army soldiers for the April 30th Pensacola jury’s award of $7.1M and looks forward to trying the second case on behalf of a current HGD client and a former Army infantryman who suffers from tinnitus as a result of the defective earplugs made by 3M. We are excited about starting this trial on May 17 and will do everything we can to get justice for our client.
