HGD welcomes three new summer law clerks to the firm who will be working with us for the next six weeks. Welcome to the team!

Allison Bendall is a Birmingham native. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Auburn University, she returned to the Magic City to attend Cumberland School of Law. While at Cumberland, Allison serves as Copy Editor of the Law Review and Director of Public Relations for the Trial Advocacy Executive Board. Allison is also a member of the National Trial Team and had the honor of winning the Florida National Trial Advocacy Tournament in the fall. When she does seem to find some free time between her various law school activities, Allison enjoys doing classes at the Bar Method or checking destinations off her travel bucket list.

Allie Segrest was born and raised in Anniston, Alabama where she attended high school at The Donoho School. She attended Auburn University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration. Allie is currently a rising 3L at Cumberland School of Law where she serves as a Senior Associate Editor of Cumberland’s American Journal of Trial Advocacy and on the Career Development Advisory Board. In her free time, she enjoys calligraphy, going to Orange Theory, and spending time with my friends and family.
