Dr. Blaudeau serves as Judge for the National Health Law Moot Court Competition

Francois BlaudeaDr. Blaudeau recently had the honor of serving as a Judge for the 2014-2015 National Health Law Moot Court Competition. He was one of ten Judges from around the United States that reviewed the briefs and graded them on Legal Analysis, Argument Structure, Persuasiveness, and Style.  This year’s case challenges the EEOC’s Duty to Conciliate , an Employer’s duty to re-assign a disabled worker to a vacant position, and the ability of an Employer to raise an affirmative defense against the EEOC as a matter of law.  “After serving six years in the Board of Directors for for the American College of Legal Medicine it has been quite a privilege for me to participate as a national judge for this prestigious competition in Health Law,” said Dr. Blaudeau of the experience.
