Erik Heninger and Drew Haskins recently settled a trucking case in San Bernardino, California for $500,000 after a catastrophic collision occurred between two 18-wheelers. The plaintiff sustained severe injuries to his lumbar spine, which cause major neurological complications such as urinary incontinence and radiculopathy (a burning pain) in both of his legs.
